Our technology for refining and additionally processing nozzles
for experimental research and sample nozzles is unrivaled.
We provide quick turnaround on short deadlines for small orders from universities
and research institutions, as well as for company laboratories in a wide range of fields.
We boast a wide variety of success stories in the automobile, construction, aircraft,
and rocketry industries. We are able to further refine and deepen holes.
Beyond simple tapered interiors,
we are also capable of handling more complicated "free" curvatures.
Much smaller than a coin, this is processed with straight holes
with an inner diameter of φ0.8mm and depth to 3.6mm, then narrowing to φ0.3,
after which the very narrowest part of the 0.2mm inside is φ0.042mm
and the exit side is φ0.060, forming a gentle curve.
Much smaller than a coin, we process tapered holes with entry diameters of φ0.37mm,
board thicknesses of 2mm, and exit diameters of φ0.05mm, with one-sided tapers of 4.57°.
In this irregularly-shaped hole, we have processed a round entry with a diameter of φ0.58mm;
a narrowing at 7.0mm, just before the exit,
creates a minute isosceles triangle with a base of 0.12mm and a height of 0.32mm,
and the exit side is an isosceles triangle with a base of 0.99mm and a height of 2.86mm.

With precise boring, we added to the interior 72° slope three φ0.325mm holes at an 18° angle;
on 75° sloped petals around the circumference,
three 0.135mm holes at a 15°; and on the 48° slope of the outermost circumference,
three φ0.205mm holes at 42°; with an error margin of ±0.005mm.
On this flow rate adjustment plate for an at-home oxygen inhaler,
we have processed eight holes of differing diameters, between φ0.190mm and φ0.680mm.
The circumference of the tungsten chip has been processed to 0.15mm in width.
